WHAT CAN CHANGE DURING CONVERSION

Will the converted card still match your backend?

Action body format

The converter sends JSON for POST, PUT and PATCH actions. An existing form-only handler needs a compatibility check.

An added appId

Fetch and action requests gain a parameter. Strict validators and request verification need review.

Two ticket locations

Ticket migration requires record-sidebar and Helpdesk replacement cards, with evidence for both.

Sourced from HubSpot’s guidance. Examples are synthetic; whether your app is affected depends on its source and implementation.

A DELIVERABLE AT EVERY STEP

Your $750 review includes a concrete plan.

02 / IMPLEMENTATION

A scoped migration sprint.

From $4,500 total

One read-only, non-ticket card in one app, retaining its existing backend. Scope and test access must be confirmed before an order is accepted.

  • Replacement card source and configuration
  • Independent review of changes and test evidence
  • Acceptance tests in the customer’s test portal
  • Documented release and handoff

Typical planning window: 5–10 business days after complete access. An estimate until source review. Ticket/helpdesk surfaces, new backend work, OAuth changes, and additional cards are quoted separately.

REVIEW CONTENTS

  1. Card & endpoint inventory
  2. Compatibility observations
  3. Security & data handling flags
  4. Test coverage requirements
  5. Unknowns requiring verification

HubSpot also publishes a free legacy-card converter example. This review identifies what your supplied cards still need and which tests must establish compatibility. Implementation and live-portal verification are separately scoped.

START WITH THE RIGHT QUESTION

Is your card affected?

Choose what your integration uses. This check runs in your browser and sends no data.

WHAT GOOD HANDOFF LOOKS LIKE

Evidence before irreversible changes.

Your $750 review defines the changes and acceptance tests. Implementation and live-portal testing are separately scoped.

Map the actual behavior

Legacy payloads, actions, record types, scopes, backend ownership, and customer views become a concrete inventory.

Test the replacement

Check loading, empty and error states, authorization, actions, and record context in a test portal. A local build alone is not proof of a working migration.

Confirm the production step

HubSpot’s view migration cannot be stopped or reversed. The client’s authorized administrator confirms that step after reviewing test evidence.

CHOOSE THE HELP YOUR TEAM NEEDS

A review before a build.

Free docs & guides

HubSpot’s documentation and converter example are free starting points. Blog guides add context. Your team applies them to your app.

Your app’s $750 review

Turn accepted sanitized inputs into a card inventory, prioritized source findings, test matrix and implementation scope—or a clear no-fit result. Inspect our synthetic sample first.

A separately scoped build

An implementation engagement covers building and testing. Ours starts from $4,500 for one read-only, non-ticket card retaining its backend. Tickets, OAuth changes and new backends are quoted separately.

The $750 review is credited toward the same app’s implementation accepted within 30 days. A review and a partner rebuild are different purchases.

Useful boundaries

Are all HubSpot integrations affected?

No. The published deadline concerns legacy CRM cards. We verify the actual card surface and app model. A private app or API connection is not proof of legacy-card exposure.

Can you promise the migration is reversible?

No. HubSpot says its view-migration operation cannot be stopped or reversed. Code and configuration backups help recovery planning but do not reverse that operation.

What about ongoing maintenance?

After a successful handoff, we can scope dependency updates, card QA, and bounded changes. Maintenance is a separate agreement. No subscription starts automatically.

How do orders and refunds work?

Pay $750 plus applicable tax through Stripe directly from this page. We then confirm fit, complete sanitized inputs and your start date. Delivery is within two business days after start. If the review cannot be accepted or you cancel before work starts, we refund the payment. Implementation is separately scoped. See the service terms for cancellation and delivery remedies.
